Ok, so Dickens lived from 1812-1870 accordin...Woo! Ok, so Dickens lived from 1812-1870 according to the Wikipedia. So technically anything in that period would be fine. Your new bustle, for example has huge hoopy awesomeness. However, A Christmas Carol was written in 1843, so it seems 1840's would be the most appropriate since it's all Christmassy (IMHO).
